Benefit of Trauma:
Shifting the perception of your historic experiences allowing more joy in the current experience.
Benefit of Trauma is fundamentally a change in one’s perception of self-worth. Its purpose is to emotionally + mentally reframe the beliefs we and society have placed on our traumatic experiences. It is opening to our perceived brokenness so that we can see our brilliance. It is making sense of the harrowing; therefore allowing the hallowed.
Benefit of Trauma is about supporting people through the use of uniquely simple methods to effect the rewiring of mental patterns and conditioning in the individual. It is time to open the doors for systemic well-being by building others up; celebrating each person’s unique contribution to the whole. This is the Benefit of Trauma.

“Knowledge of the mind alone, is to limit the whole. If you want to learn something, you must grok it to the core of your being.” ~ Experience
Reverend Jules
Juliann has been studying the Law of Dynamics regarding what she calls “Trauma Mind” and cultural dogmatism since she was a child. Having experienced multiple years of incest and sexual abuse throughout her formative years, she became resolute in finding a way to correct the brain damage. At the age of 16, she stated, “All the pain I’ve experienced will be paid forward… as love.” She has been effectively doing that since then.
She has spent the last 37 years, examining her deep trust in the God:Universe’s desire for our lives with the resources available. She has studied multiple religions + spirituality, coupled with psychology + many modalities of therapy. What she found through her research and profound experience was… the benefit of trauma.
When she is not putting her voice to the page, she can most often be found in nature, contorting her body so that she can capture the beauty of the world in an image. She also enjoys board games with friends and paddleboarding. She has traveled all over the country in her conversion minivan, Gilliyum, and strives every day to do something that gets her out of her comfort zone.
Her friends would say she is the most courageous and brave woman they know. They long ago ceased to even try to guess what she might be up to when she calls to say, “Guess what I did??”
She is currently working on her first book, Infinite Kisses, which shares the beauty and tragedy offered through the multiple rapes and incest of her childhood, society’s shame response to the mental conditions caused by the sexual abuse + the exceptional beauty that came from it. She is also the artist + writer of the Healing Trauma: Interactive Deck which will be coming out at the end of 2023.
